David Kriss

Teaches at Baruch College - CAPS

Mr. Kriss is the President and Owner of David S. Kriss Realty Company, a commercial real estate brokerage company active in store leasing, office leasing, and sales of commercial and residential properties. He also is President and Owner of DSK Construction, Inc., a New York City Licensed General Contractor dealing with a variety of renovation and construction projects.

In the past Mr. Kriss served as Managing Director of Reynolds Organizations, Inc. and Garrick-Aug Store Leasing, Inc., dealing with the leasing and maintenance of commercial real estate, including various Fortune 500 commercial tenants in the United States. He has taught at the Real Board of New York, New York University, Long Island University, Sobelsohn Real Estate and Business School, Career Real Estate Brokerage Institute, and Education Unlimited Real Estate Institute in addition to his position at Baruch College of City University. He is licensed by the Department of State to teach Real Estate Licensing classes and Continuing Education classes to Real Estate Persons and Brokers. His work emphasizes the Economic realities in an ever changing and dynamic Real Estate Market.

He holds a Bachelor of Science from Indiana State University, and has studied at Pace University and New York University School of Continuing Education.
