Great class. Knowledgeable and generous teachers. Delicious tasting. Learned a lot. Will sign up for another class at Dickson's. If you are interested in learning more about cuts of meat, take this class.

This was a wonderful really hands on class. We made delicious sausage and the small class size with 2 instructors provided detailed instruction and direction. I would definitely take additional classes at this location.
