Paul Yau

Paul Yau has over thirteen years experience in investment banking, principal investing, strategy and business development. He most recently was the Global Head of Business Development for a $2 billion division of Thomson Reuters where he was responsible for originating and executing M&A activity. Prior to that he was a Senior Vice President at Macquarie Capital where he was a founding member of their Principal Investment Group, which was responsible for their principal investing activities in the United States. Paul was a board member for the Taurus Aerospace group of companies from 2010 to 2011. He is a CPA and graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Commerce. He lives in NYC with his wife.
