Pole Dance Level 2

We knew you'd get hooked on pole dance! This Sophomore level class will take you to a whole new level with 24 new moves. You will learn new floor work, choreography, climbing and spins that continue building your strength and stamina.

As you develop your skills on the pole, you will find your confidence and style as a dancer. We offer nothing but positive support and encouragement as you explore your strength and sensuality in this class.

Prerequisite

Pole Level 2 is ideal for students who have already taken 2-3 Pole Level 1 classes. Please consult with your instructor before advancing to the next level. We encourage students to move through class levels at their own pace. Take your time - love the journey!

Attire:

• shorts, t-shirt/tank, barefoot
• Do not wear jewelry, belts, velcro, zippers, lotion or oils.

Bring to Class:

• mat, bottle of water, hand towel and your workout attire (if you plan on changing clothes at the studio)

Important Things to Note:

• Arrive 5 to 10 minutes prior to your class to sign-in and change clothes
